* 7+ years’ recruiting experience
* Candidate has to be located in Bangalore
* Experience working in fast paced, startup environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrable experience in Software industry recruiting - Technical and non-technical
* Effective negotiating skills
* Familiar with Naukri, Indeed and other Recruitment platforms
* Ability to network with local colleges for campus hiring efforts
* Ability to travel when necessary (less than 10%)
* Working knowledge of the IT, Software and startup ecosystem in Bangalore
