What you'll be doing

Be responsible for the High Level timeline and Milestones for the project.

Create and manage project plans, project schedules and track design and development tasks for assigned projects.

Host agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos and retrospectives.

Enable Low level and High level estimations at different points during the backlog refinement.

Monitor dependencies and risks to ensure timely resolution and/or escalation to reduce bottlenecks and maintain steady flow of work.

Alert Client, Client Partners, Team and other stakeholders, to upcoming milestones and the resultant impact on timelines.

Coach team to adapt Agile principles and Scrum valuesi Use tools and processes as needed to empower team members to deliver better and iteratively improve the sprint performance.

Manage resource requirements and utilization for the projecti Forecast utilization and work with the management for proper resource allocation and skill alignment.

Work closely with Clients to ensure dependencies and impediments are cleared and the client team is fully aligned with the progress of the project.

Work with Functional Leads (Technical Lead, Product Lead and QC Lead) to resolve and address any challenges or concerns within their respective area of specialization.

Create reports and dashboards to monitor the progress of the project for the scrum team and management.

Report burnt hours on a regular basis for reporting, monitoring and billing purposesi

Be responsible for overall, on budget and on time delivery of the project.
What we need in you

Process oriented but also being flexible and dynamic to align with the current work flows of the company.

Experience in Ecommerce or Retail would be an advantage.

Project Planning skills - Using MPP, smart sheet or any other Project Management tooli

Expert level knowledge of Jira and ability to create Jira Reports and Dashboards, Workflows etc.

Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.

Awareness and experience with agile tools and techniques like: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile ames.

Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for 3-4 years for a software development team.

Exposure to relevant tools required for project management - Jira, Zoho People, Confluence, Bugzilla, ithub, basecamp.

Experience in working on end to end implementation projects and the ability to manage multiple projects end to end.

Qualifications

Engineering raduate or equivalent or MBA in Project management.

7 plus years of relevant experience.

4+ years agile/scrum methodologies, CSM / SAFe certification required.
