What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for testing and delivering the quality e-commerce
applications. -
Collaborate with Client, Product Managers and Developers to understand
product requirements and specifications. -
Develop and document comprehensive Test plans, Test cases, Defect Report and
RCA. -
Serve as the primary point of contact for handling Client calls, Defect Triage Call.

Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to the
client
What we need in you

In-depth experience in e-commerce Platform (B2B and B2C)

Strong experience in testing e-commerce workflow and Order Management
System. -
Strong in Functional Testing, User Experience Testing, Regression Testing,
Integration Testing. -
Experience in API Testing - POSTMAN.

Experience in Order Management Tool V-Tex, Kibo.

Should have strong experience in Requirement Grooming and User Story
creation. -
Experience in DB testing & SQL Queries for validating the backend database
operation such as data validation, data migration. -
Proficient in handling client calls and Defect Triage call.

Experience in QA Methodologies, STLC, SDLC

Proficient in developing comprehensive and efficient Test plans and test cases in
Jira or Azure DevOps. -
Familiarity with compatibility testing across different web browsers, devices, and
operating systems. -
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and
non-technical audiences which includes international clients. -
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
Qualifications

Graduate - BE / B-Tech / MCA or equivalent.

4 to 5 years of experience

Good team player with strong communication skills - verbal and written.

Energy and real passion to work in a startup environment.

Certifications such as ISTQB would be an added advantage.
